4. Identify amicable dispute resolution bodies and understand their role

Consultative committees for the amicable settlement of disputes (CCRA) are conciliation bodies which can be called upon to deal with any dispute or litigation arising during the performance of a public contract. They seek to establish factual and legal elements, with a view to finding an amicable and equitable solution (source: article R. 2197-1 of Code de la commande publique ).

4.1 What is their composition?

Each committee has seven members:
