1. What are the key elements of risk management?

Risk analysis involves identifying, quantifying and pooling risks, and implementing appropriate treatment plans throughout the life of the project. Risk management depends on the Risk Manager's ability to communicate effectively with all the players involved, to anticipate what could have a positive or negative impact on the project, and thus deal with the risks or promote the opportunities, hence his key role.

1.1 Ensure risk completeness (RBS risk structure and unidentified risks)

The analysis must be as exhaustive as possible, so that no risk is overlooked.
