7.1 Think before you act

Successfully integrating stakeholders into a project requires preparatory work that should not be underestimated. Mapping the stakeholders involved and their characteristics requires a global and systemic vision of the project and its impact. It is therefore important to go far enough in the analysis to identify all potential stakeholders, even if it means deciding to involve only some of them, having, of course, measured the impact of the choices made.
