This process involves developing appropriate management strategies to effectively involve stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, based on an analysis of their needs, interests and potential impact on the project's success.

It will be necessary to compare the level of commitment of all stakeholders against the planned levels of commitment required for successful completion of the project.
