3. Add tasks

You need to add tasks corresponding to the different activities to be carried out. These will be the same number of lines in MS Project.

Define the time required to complete a task. You can enter a number or simply type text in a placeholder, e.g. "to be defined".

If your tasks are already in Excel, you can copy them into Project. Project will retain the formatting and organizational structure of the to-do list.
