4. Organizing tasks
Link two tasks in a project to show their relationship (also called task dependency). Linked tasks reflect the realities of the project. When one task changes, so does the other.
Show the task hierarchy by creating a plan with summary tasks and subordinate tasks.
Include milestones corresponding to decision points and meetings at which decisions are taken on the next stage of the project.
