 INTRODUCTION

You need to plan your projects, action plans or quality management system in general. Using the Gantt chart, a visual planning tool, enables you to meet two objectives:

  • precisely plan the various steps to be taken;

  • visualize and communicate project progress and action plans.

While the Gantt chart doesn't solve problems, it does help to avoid them through controlled planning of the actions to be carried out.
