8. Mistakes to avoid
8.1 Don't go into too much detail too quickly
Don't be too quick to enter data into MS Project, at least not before you've structured your project and validated it with your stakeholders.
Likewise, don't go into too much detail about task definitions, as this will make it all the more difficult to keep it up to date.
