2. Create project schedule

Once you've completed the initial brainstorming, it's time to open Project and create a schedule. You can start with an empty project, or use templates created by other project managers (experts in project management or working in a business similar to yours).

Creating a project schedule can be time-consuming. Creating the project can be easier if you break down the following steps:

• add tasks ;

• organize them ;

• add people ;

• determine and allocate costs.
