The most important tip to remember when it comes to identifying and describing the work involved in a project is to go into great detail. In our experience, people systematically underestimate the time and resources required to complete the work, because they simply don't know everything they have to do. As a result, they end up with tasks that are much heavier than they originally thought, and the project loses considerable time.
