6.1 Draw up a list of data applicable to the design project

This list is used to track changes in input data (version and date) throughout the project. It is kept up to date as part of the input data review stage. This review does not only take place at the start of the project, as some input data may be amended during the course of the project. It is therefore important to check the impact of this new information before taking it into account.
