1.1 Check whether the situation is suitable for the coaching approach
Coaching-type questions are not suitable for all team member problems. Indeed, some problems that arise during the course of a project are, for example, of a purely technical nature, and only require the intervention of someone more experienced. In this case, it's not a question of coaching, but of consulting.
On the other hand, there are situations where the hierarchical relationship between the project manager and the team member makes it impossible to coach the latter.
