4.1 Don't let yourself be influenced by the problem situation

It's important not to let yourself be influenced by the problem, i.e. not to take part in the person's content or experience. A coaching-type interview can only be successful if you focus on the questions to be asked.

4.2 Don't hurry

It's better to spend time at the beginning of the interview than to go too fast. Time devoted to the relationship and rich description will save time and clarity later on.
