4.1 Develop a project management culture
As we saw earlier, the fact that the PMO is integrated into the project can be a real opportunity for the project to have an involved player who knows the ins and outs of the project inside out, and whose interpersonal relationships within the team very often enable a number of situations that could lead to tension to be resolved "naturally".
