4. How to implement VAD in a project

This method is applicable from the moment "things get clearer", both in terms of product definition (which is the subject of the Bill of Materials , or BoM ) and definition of the manufacturing process(es) (which is the subject of the Bill of Process , or BoP ). In practice, this takes place around the middle of the development phase.

4.1 The project manager and his working group must then collect two types of data
