2. What is the Ishikawa cause/effect diagram method?

The method consists, first and foremost, of a graphic representation that visualizes the possible causes of a risk or failure. The effect is what has been observed directly. The main problem can be the subject of a summary analysis, or a complete analysis identifying all the ins and outs (for example, with the QQOQCP method (Tool The QQOQCP method ), which will be described in greater detail later).
