2. Prepare industrial diagrams for your projects

This stage will save time in the quotation phase, enabling you to decide which industrial layout to choose for each product:

  • internal production and by country in the case of multinationals;

  • orientation by geographic market (e.g. manufacturing in China for the Chinese market...) ;

  • orientation according to the quality requirements of the specifications ;

  • pre-selection of qualified subcontractors by product type.

As the bidding phases are fairly short and represent a cost that is not always recouped, it is important to have pre-established industrial diagrams for putting together bids with the best in-house manufacturing or subcontracting solutions.
