2. Update the S-curve(s) at the time of the project review to visualize progress, on time and on budget.
In preparation for the various project reviews, S-curves must be extracted from the baseline, injecting actual schedule data (time positioning and costs incurred).
This is a critical step in gathering information from project team members to the planner, in order to draw up these S-curves.
Progress at the chosen date (of the review) is calculated, and data is provided on both committed work and work still to be committed, in order to visualize the projection at the end of the business.
For each review, the planner will freeze and distribute S-curves showing the actual progress curve, the earliest budgeted curve and the latest budgeted curve. The following deliverables will be provided:
