3. Set up monthly reviews
Right from the first month of deployment, in order to monitor activity, reviews called "WP Reviews" were set up between the WP manager and his business manager, the sub-project manager and his PMO team. During these reviews, all the elements expressed in the WPD are reviewed and updated if necessary. Thus, in terms of resource and cost tracking, changes can be made during this review, in agreement with the sub-project and the business.
Prepare and frame your "WP Reviews" (like all project progress meetings) to avoid digressions, wasted time, team fatigue and so on. As a general rule, set a time limit of one hour for your "WP Reviews", adapting to the importance or number of points to be addressed.
