1. Understanding the uniqueness and specificity of a project

Each project is unique and responds to a specific set of specifications, but can be based on a previously completed project that can be used as feedback.

The new project will be distinguished by :

• its environment ;

• specific technological features ;

• issues ;

• duration ;

• a scope.

The products and services to be delivered at the end of the project do not yet exist when the project is defined in the customer contract following the supplier's offer.
