3. Plan and structure scope and deliverables over time using a schedule
Every project is distinguished by a scope defined in the contract.
This scope will be structured into work packages so that they can be treated more or less independently, paying particular attention to existing interfaces between these packages (internal interfaces) or with the customer's project environment or other partners (external interface).
All project deliverables, whether documents, specifications, drawings and bills of materials, design justification notes, operating notes, assembly instructions, test programs or commissioning reports, will be defined as project milestones and pre-positioned in time on the project schedule.
