4.1 Don't neglect communication!

the customer's representative and the responsibilities of the team members involved in the project are clearly identified;
the project manager has sufficient hierarchical authority to manage all the players involved in the project;
the project managers of the various teams involved in the project communicate with each other ;
management encourages the creation of a culture of regular information sharing through training and virtual communication tools.
