3. Capitalization

The AMI EI platform is built around a database that enables selected documents to be capitalized on in an organized, controlled form.

This database represents a major data asset. As you use the software, you'll be able to correlate information and retrieve documents that have been stored for months or years.

The capitalization can be fed by :

• through the "Collect" module;

• manually via the "Search" module;

• Manualvia the "Publish" module.

To find capitalized documents, you can browse the classification plan or use the internal search engine. Search results can be edited in a report.
