2. Define a strategy

The definition of a strategy is by its very nature complex, as it is multi-faceted (commercial, managerial, enhancement). We recommend that you define :

  • The project's scope of ambition: what usage coverage are you seeking to satisfy? Do you intend to respond to the problem with a new technological offering or an improvement to the existing service?

  • The public or private organization(s) that can offer you expertise: have you carried out a survey of organizations that can help you gain knowledge and skills in this market?

  • The advantages and disadvantages of the context (political, legal, economic, social, medical) in which your strategy fits: have you identified the opportunities and threats of investing time in the development of a new product and/or service? Have you monitored...
