5. Define your project organization

This stage is crucial in the upstream design phase of a new product and/or service. It determines the success of the project. It requires rigor and organization. It can also be time-consuming, which is why it's important to make it an important part of the project from the outset. You'll also need to track and capitalize on your data. We recommend that you define :

  • an action plan, resources (human and financial) and a timetable, as explained in the sheet on complex communication problems ;

  • an organization chart of human potential and skills;

  • partnership contracts already concluded and/or a list of partnerships to be sought ;

  • project financing model: what financial resources do you have available? Have you drawn up a list of public and/or...
