Human/machine interface and ergonomics criteria are important, as they save time in all the day-to-day tasks of operating the solution, processing information and generating deliverables.
Good ergonomics help limit :
operating errors ;
the time it takes to adopt the solution.
Similarly, clear ergonomics make it easier to train people to use the solution.
