3. Business model innovation approach

Before beginning this third section on business model innovation, it's essential to point out that there is no single, tried-and-tested approach. Every organization that has innovated its business model has followed its own path, with varying degrees of effectiveness, efficiency and success.

However, even if there is no "miracle recipe" for business model innovation, it is possible to identify common features among known feedbacks, which can be used to identify the constituent elements of what could be a business model innovation approach. This is the subject of the following paragraphs.
