5. How do you stop or prevent a breach of business secrecy?

A company that alleges an infringement of business secrecy and the illicit capture of protected information of which it was the legitimate holder may bring a civil liability action against the perpetrator of these infringements.

5.1 Judge-ordered measures

The court hearing the case may, without prejudice to the award of damages, "in particular" :

prohibit the performance or continuation of acts involving the use or disclosure of a business secret;
prohibit the production, offering, marketing or use of products resulting significantly from the infringement of trade secrets, or the import, export or storage of such products for these purposes;
