10.1 Gather as much information as possible

The materiality and extent of counterfeiting can, to a certain extent, be established through research, particularly on the Internet, although it is advisable to enlist the services of a bailiff to carry out observations, and it is possible to mobilize specific legal instruments, such as counterfeit seizure and the right of information.
