9.1 Involve your counsel in the implementation of the infringement action

Involving yourself in this way will enable you to be in line with the strategy decided together and implemented by the latter.

While a lawyer is a specialist in patent law, he is not a specialist in technology, and certainly not in the technology specific to your invention.

He will also need your assistance to obtain any evidence that will strengthen your position.

Preparing, implementing and running the action is a team effort.

Don't hesitate to put one of your technicians and/or your patent attorney in touch with your lawyer, so that the latter can have the invention explained and understood. The better he understands...
