4. Argue during negotiations based on your scenarios
The scenarios you have developed above have enabled you to come up with examples of new ways of sharing economic value between the various stakeholders. You have studied new ways of distributing financial resources between the various stakeholders.
Use these results as a basis for negotiation, alongside the results obtained in the first step. By knowing all the existing flows between all the stakeholders and the impact of your innovation on the system, you'll be able to make proposals and negotiate with full knowledge of the facts. What's more, you'll be able to check whether the models obtained are sustainable, i.e. whether the system can continue without additional financing.
