1. Identify your stakeholders and how they relate to your innovation
The first step is to identify all the stakeholders involved in your innovation, such as :
the regulatory authorities who will have to authorize it;
who will finance it ;
the health and care facilities that will have to house it;
the medical and medico-social personnel who will be interacting with her;
the patients who will ultimately be the beneficiaries;
and all the other players who will be involved in its implementation.
