According to le dernier rapport annuel de l’Institut national de la propriété Industrielle published in 2019, 5,691 designs were registered, 26,765 Soleau envelopes were sold and 19,613 e-Soleau filings were made in France. At European level, 111,598 new Community design applications were filed with l’EUIPO in the same year. Finally, international design applications grew by just over 10% in 2019, with a total of 21,807 designs contained in the applications filed.
