5. Understanding the life cycle of bibliographic monitoring specifications

If you have document management tools, you can insert your bibliographic specifications so that you don't forget to update them, and put them back into the validation circuit on the due date.

Regularly checking in with the recipients of your watch also enables you to verify that :

  • needs have not changed;

  • the deliverables are always appreciated and always useful;

  • watch perimeters have not changed;

  • keywords are still relevant, and to add new ones if necessary.
