3. Define and analyze stakeholder needs

Unfold and iterate the following activities based on all the preceding elements.

Define, express and represent service requirements, operational modes and scenarios.

Identify and define the interface requirements of the system under study with systems or objects in the context, and/or with contributing systems (e.g. production, deployment, logistics support, training, etc.). ). To do this :

  • Based on the operational scenarios defined above, model the functional architecture of the system context under study. Deduce and identify the functional interfaces (input/output flows of material, energy and/or information exchanged between the system studied and the elements of its context of use). Express functional interface requirements (exchanges).
