Consider combining several search fields to reduce "noise", which is a major drawback when searching databases as large as SciVerse Scopus.
The Scopus search path is very similar to that of the Web of Science (WOS) database. So don't be surprised to find almost identical functions, such as "Refine Results". This is largely due to the fact that the two databases are competitors.
