3. Evaluate the degree of importance of the parameters and their links with the laws of evolution

Each parameter is more or less important for your study. Parameters whose importance is affirmed are those directly linked to the deficient and priority laws of evolution (see Representing a technical system using the TRIZ law of integrality of parts [FIC 0355] ). Nevertheless, to sort out the contradictions between them, each parameter must be assigned a qualitative value (an importance criterion). Note that taking into account an action parameter differs from taking into account an evaluation parameter.
