2. Analyze the functions to be fulfilled by the product using the A4 method

To find solutions, you'll need to integrate four "arbiters" into the analysis team:

  • an economist/financier – affordability;

  • a marketing/product manager – acceptability – awareness ;

  • a production and/or logistics manager – availability ;

  • a standards/legal manager – acceptability .
