Business players

At the start of a design project, several skills are involved in the process through the various players. When staff numbers are small (as in the case of SMEs or VSEs), the same player will be responsible for several types of business skills. When the workforce is larger, the design team will include materials, process and innovation engineers, designers, ergonomists, eco-designers, marketers, etc.

Product specifications

Expectations expressed about the future product or service by the various professions involved in the design process. These expectations concern both objective data (dimensions, product architecture, technical constraints) and subjective data (semantic, stylistic, emotional, sensory).
