4. Our advice

4.1 Anticipate the appointment of the inventor

To limit internal risks, set up tools to ensure traceability of the creation process and identification of participants.

If non-employees are involved, include an industrial property clause organizing the right to title to the patentable invention.

Likewise, if the patent application is to be filed by several people, remember to organize in advance the filing procedures, the identification of the representative and the scope of protection to be applied for.
