 INTRODUCTION

When inventions are made by employees or public servants, the law sets out a specific regime under which the right to the invention belongs to the employee, the public servant or the employer, depending on the circumstances.

It is therefore essential to be familiar with this system and the obligations it entails for each of the parties, in order to secure everyone's rights and limit, as far as possible, the conflicts inherent in such inventions.
