5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't think that an order contract automatically entitles you to register the associated invention.

Not only is this not the case, but if the invention is registered by the actual inventor or his successor in title, you run the risk of being an infringer of an invention that you have commissioned and financed.

If the invention is to remain the property of the inventor or his successor in title, think about organizing in advance the material, financial and territorial conditions under which you will be able to exploit the invention.
