1. Successfully launching the LSP workshop – Lego® Serious Play®

The first step is to define the innovation objectives with the decision-maker(s), and to launch the LSP workshop with all the players involved to ensure that the innovation process runs smoothly.

Prior to the workshop, the decision-makers, the team leader(s) concerned and the LSP coach-facilitator define the final and intermediate objectives to be achieved, by answering the following questions:

  • What do you want to achieve by the end of this workshop?

  • Which product do you want to focus the innovation process on?

  • Who is concerned by the subject under discussion, and who needs to take part in the workshop? How are sub-groups formed: multi-trade, multi-cultural?

  • What key intermediate questions do you want to address in...
