3. Capitalization

Once your data has been compiled into a set of documents and pages, a phase of content structuring becomes necessary, in order to comply with your company's information architecture standards.

These standards include :

  • indexing procedures using the corporate taxonomy natively managed by SharePoint (which can be based on keywords defined by employees);

  • definition of the audiences concerned by the content (for example: "head office employees" or "members of the marketing department"...);

  • application of content lifecycle management rules (publication and archiving dates, procedure for moving to a records center, etc.).
