2. File the European patent application with INPI for France

According to article 75 de la CBE , the European patent application may also be filed with the central industrial property office of a member state of the EPC, known as a national receiving office, if the national legislation of that state so permits. This filing naturally produces the same effects as if it had been made on the same date directly at the EPO (article 75 EPC).

In France, this is the INPI, so it is still possible to file a European patent application with this office (article L. 614-2 al.1 er of Code de la propriété intellectuelle )....
