 INTRODUCTION

Real-time monitoring has become a necessity since the early 2010s, with the proliferation of content from social networks and the democratization of smartphones. Real-time monitoring is particularly well suited to e-reputation monitoring and crisis management, but also applies to other, more traditional types of monitoring (media monitoring, marketing monitoring, social monitoring, etc.).
