6. Writing an innovation feasibility report
Finally, SAPIGE® helps the project owner to draw up, and more often than not complete, an innovation feasibility file (an outline of the business plan and business model) for presentation to future partners and/or investors. In fact, by using the whole selection and support grid, the project owner can capitalize on all the elements of proof of value (utility and profitability) of innovation and feasibility, by reinforcing the elements of proof assessed as weak. To fully apply the SAPIGE® methodology, we recommend structuring the skills (companies and the services they offer innovators) of the innovation cluster according to the twenty-three criteria or elements of proof. Insufficient evidence can then be reinforced by appropriate training and advice available "off-the-shelf" within the cluster.
