By using the grid, the experts involved in the selection of an innovation project have a shared vision of the innovation project, enabling them to decide to finance an innovation project and/or prescribe services aimed at strengthening the proof of value, innovation and feasibility missing from the initial innovation project file. This grid, filled in first individually and then collectively, provides an innovation cluster's experts with a dashboard for steering the progress and hardening of the proofs in the innovation feasibility file.
