2. How can we create the right climate for creativity to flourish?

By building participants' confidence: creativity is an unusual activity, and some participants run the risk of withdrawing into themselves and not daring to let their imagination run free.

So you have to tirelessly present, explain and clarify the objective, the approach and the rules of the game.

2.1 Present the objective

  • Give a one-sentence answer to the question: "What should the group achieve by the end of the session?"; you can also say: "The session will be a success if...".

  • Write this sentence on the board and display it for all to see.
