5. Defining innovative supply chain management

The project to design a new supply chain or improve an existing solution is an opportunity to bring together new players and get them to make decisions.

This decision, often innovative in itself, can enable you to implement a new management style in the medium and short term.

Using the example of the project to reduce shortages on the shelves, you can innovate management in a number of ways:
